Is Simply Accounting still a functioning entity in Canada?
Is support available from another country?
I have been trying to get a response from their Canadian representative
for a month. I am sending one of their forms, fully completed, so I
don't think it is a matter of difficulty. Faxes, emails and phone calls
have not resulted in any progress. I don't even get replies, although
the emails aren't returned as undeliverable. While I realize people in
small offices can't always be there to answer the phone, faxes wait
patiently for them to return.
I should just purchase QuickBooks but I paid a couple of hundred
dollars for this product and I would like to get some benefit from it.
I mean other than the knowledge it was a very poor investment.
At any rate does anyone know if they still exist?
