Property Management Software for Canada Advice

I am currently looking at replacing an older Yardi 2.0 system in our
small office.

I have looked at Yardi Genesis, Spectra, and Info Tracker. Genesis
looks to have have the weakest features of the three, and is a yearly
subsciption based pricing model. The other two have many of the same
features and are close in price. One feature that I would like
experience with if possible is electronic payments both receiving and
paying.

Any experience or suggestion to these pieces of software or others
would be helpful.
