preserve history in eoy myob rollover

Is there a way to preserve purchases and sales history for individual
customers and suppliers after rollover without having a "second"
company open (ie lst years data) It seems elemental to be able to view
customers buying history "forever" but I am being told the only way is
to have a second myob screen running.

Neither of us had a result here. If I find somewhere else with MYOB
activity, I'll post info here. Would you do the same?

I would love to know why I can't "drill down" through income and expense
lines in a P & L Report. And why, oh why, I can't have more than one
Report Result window open at one time?

I must admit there have been a few times when I have discovered a way of
doing something I wanted to, but only after a lot of work.
