This shop is running MYOB Premier Accounting 2005. It would be terribly
helpful if we were able to print some of the pages we have created in
the Auto-Build feature. Considering everyone's individual efforts, we
have spent a great deal of time trying to print these pages - all to
no avil. We would be very pleased to hear from someone who would be
willing to share their expertise about how to print these pages. All
ideas, suggestions, and comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, K.

Howdy,

Anything you see on your computer screen can be printed.

1. Hold down the Alt key and press the "Print Screen" key.

2. Open your favorite graphics editor program and use Ctrl-V to paste the
picture into the editor.

3. Resize, crop, or fix picture to suit and print it.

If you don't have a fancy graphics program, find "Paint" in the Windows
Accessories. It will do in a pinch.

If the information extends off the bottom of the screen, repeat the process
after scrolling down.

Need just the text from a screen display?

1. Put mouse cursor at the upper left of what you want.

2. Hold down the left mouse button and swipe across what you want.

3. Press the Ctrl-C key.

4. Open Notepad or Word and put the cursor where you want the text.

5. Press the Ctrl-V key (for Voila) and the text you copied will appear.

It may not end up formatted real pretty but that can be fixed.
