Is there a list somewhere of shortcut keys to use for inputing data in
Simply? I am tired of clicking to pick a project for allocation and
would like to be able to simply (sic) use shortcut keys instead of the
mouse. find using the mouse is counterproductive to productivity as it
takes the hand off the keyboard......
Thanks in advance for words of wisdom and help
Happy holidays to all!

Try using the Tab key and the cursor down keys instead of clicking and
scrolling.

You may be referring to the way to bring up a list of projects on
screen by clicking on the arrow to the right of the drop-down list.
This applies to any drop-down list.

This can often be done by tabbing over to the arrow, and when it 'has
focus' (there may be a very faint dotted line around it), press the
space bar, then tab/arrow/enter text as required to find your entry.

Problem is that when I am in an invoice, for instance, and tab along to
the column for the allocation there is no drop down list and the box
requires I double click to bring up the onscreen list of projects. in
the box I can just type the first couple of characters of the project
and the list allows me to then hit enter to enter the allocation on the
invoice.
Is there a way to do this without double clicking in the first place on
the invoice? Is there a way to make this a drop down in the invoice
form?
Thanks
