Hi.
hopefully i'm writing in the right spot...

I'm using Quickbooks 2007 premier.
We create estimates for clients and sometimes we create invoices based
on those estimates, but in most cases, we create invoices to the sames
clients, NOT based on the invoices created for that client in the
past.
recently, after clicking YES on some popup window in quickbooks
(without reading really what it said), we started getting this
annoying popup window, every time we create a new estimate, and that
popup window has the list of all estimates that were created to this
specific client in the past.

it's only happening on 2 out of the 5 user accounts on quickbooks.

i read that it's not possible to turn off this "available estimates"
window, but since we see it on only 2 clients, i doubt that it's
true....

any idea ?

Thanks all,
Beits

I believe you need to turn off progress invoicing..
Do a search under help for "progress invoicing."

Good luck.
