Alternatives to stuffing window-envelopes

I'm having to routinely generate thousands of printed invoices. We
are currently printing those invoices and stuffing window-envelopes.

I'm hoping that someone can suggest an alternative method or product
for print/mail that will eliminate the laborious step of having to
stuff invoices into envelopes.

A suggested solution is to contact your local Australia Post Mail
Centre.
They stuff envelopes and mail them at little more than the cost of the
postage.
